At MWC 2023, Honor introduces the Magic VS and Magic 5 series.
Honor's CEO, George Zhao, introduced the Magic5 series and Magic VS mobile devices on stage today at MWC. No, the Honor developers aren't satisfied with just one release; both smartphones were the center of attention at the major unveiling.
The Magic5 series, Honor's take on the iPhone with the Magic5 and Magic5 Pro models, is the first to get the star treatment. Honor's new flagship pro model seems capable of competing with the big dogs in the business thanks to its impressive triple camera that can capture breathtaking photos, its ergonomic design that draws inspiration from Gaudi's curve, and its exceptional on-screen color accuracy. We also got a first peak at the Magic5 series' various models, which include scorching orange, glacial blue, meadow green, coral purple, and plain old black for a traditional aesthetic.
Zhao emphasizes the superior picture quality of the Magic5 pro series devices in comparison to their Samsung and iPhone equivalents, suggesting that they are perfect for both beginner and professional photographers. The CEO expressed his happiness and showed samples of how the Honor Magic5 constantly produces the best outdoor, nighttime, and motion capture photographs when compared to other smartphones.
For mobile gamers, performance is crucial, so it's encouraging to know Honor is cognizant of this. Zhao gave additional specifics regarding the Honor Magic5 Pro's gaming performance, including how well it can run Genshin Impact. Zhao said that the Honor device will run the game at a faster frame rate and have a longer playtime between full charge and shutdown than any of its rivals. The standard model, which uses a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU to power everything, is also a good choice.
The Magic VS is next in line after almost an hour of discussion on the Honor Magic5 series. The Magic VS, a folding gadget that competes with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, is just as good and reduces the number of components in its design. The Magic VS is a powerful gadget that fits into a pocket-sized package, with a larger display than you may expect when you first see the phone. It has a smaller body and a greater battery than the competition.
Interconnectivity across devices is one of the main themes of the twofold Honor launch. A brief video demonstrates how the tech giant's "human-centric technology" may improve everyone's quality of life. Additionally, Zhao noted how the design of both phones assists those with visual impairments owing to a plethora of choices regarding dimming and brightness adjustment, suggesting that Honor is aware of accessibility challenges in the industry.
The launch prices for each gadget are shown below in terms of cost. Since official U.S. pricing are still pending, our estimations are based on current exchange rates.
