Supercell brings back Clash Heroes with the release of Project R:I:S:E.

The popular mobile game company Supercell has revealed intentions to bring back Clash Heroes from the dead. Game head Julien Le Cadre said in a recent video that "Clash Heroes is dead." The bad news is that. Project R:I:S:E is still an action RPG with a multiplayer emphasis, which is excellent news. The game is still a Clash game.

It's quite the shift, but we're not very upset about it. Over time, the Clash games have suffered from neglect, with Clash Mini and Clash Quest being forgotten. Therefore, it seems sense that Supercell wants to cling onto the flagship game while giving it fresh vitality. Supercell is quick to reassure that the beloved Clash Heroes IP is still in very good hands, citing an already amazing back catalog and

"Project R:I:S:E is not Clash Heroes, but it's set in the Clash universe and built from the ground up as a social action RPG roguelite," says community manager "Frame." Therefore, even if Clash Heroes' visual elements are still there, the game is entirely unique and emphasizes cooperative gameplay with a variety of characters rather than simply you tackling PvE dungeons.

In Project R:I:S:E, you'll take on the role of a beloved Clash character and work with two other players to explore the enigmatic Tower. To climb as high as you can is the goal of the game, which takes place on a new level of the tower during each gaming session. Is the top of the tower home to a princess? Some eldritch monstrosity that is only waiting to destroy you and the surrounding area of its prison? Who knows? To find out, we'll have to go to the summit.
