Who is the Freddy of FNAF?
In all honesty, there wouldn't be any Five Nights at Freddy's, video games, or imaginary kid mortality in US pizza shops without Freddy Fazbear. The leader of the animatronic gang and the source of entertainment for children at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, Freddy is the in-game version of Chuck E. Cheese. The primary distinction between the two is that Chuck E. Cheese doesn't roam the restaurant at night in search of fresh victims or take on the form of a lost soul.
Thus, Freddy may be seen as the show's adversary as well as its victim. However, the most of your time is spent attempting to avoid the animatronic since there isn't much time for compassion while he is tearing you apart. In addition to adding to the complexity, Freddy has gone through many incarnations. To be clear, we are discussing both the original and the character you encounter in the first horror game. Scroll down for the other Freddies.
Who is FNAF Freddy's spirit possessor?
Freddy is possessed by Gabriel's ghost, one of the five kids William Afton murdered. If you're unaware of this very sad aspect of FNAF mythology, one of the game world's trigger events is the murder of Gabriel, which gives the mechanical Freddy a soul that craves retribution. If you complete every minigame in FNAF 3 to obtain the satisfying conclusion, you may release Gabriel's spirit. Although Gabriel's soul isn't released, you do get a different scene from the terrible original ending, with Freddy's eyes almost completely dark. Even if the story is still depressing from beginning to end, at least now you can at last provide the five kids some comfort.
Which FNAF Freddy variations are there?
Freddy the Golden
Throughout the whole series, Golden Freddy, often referred to as Yellow Bear, is one of the most enigmatic figures. When it comes to his physical attributes, Golden Freddy largely resembles Withered Freddy—a shattered mess of an animatronic. Though he will do everything in his power to drag you out, Golden Freddy may now be seen in FNAF: Special Delivery, appearing radiant and new beneath the lights.
The FNAF community disagrees on Golden Freddy's role in the legend, with many feeling there are still clues and mysteries about the shining nightmare to be discovered. Unlike the other animatronics, one of the most widely held hypotheses is that Golden Freddy is an apparition or ghost. This theory stems from Golden Freddy's look and actions in the original FNAF, when he may unexpectedly show up in the control room. Subsequent appearances, meanwhile, have somewhat refuted this hypothesis.
Toy Freddy
Though he doesn't have the same terrifying appearance as the other Freddy from FNAF 2, Toy Freddy is a formidable foe when it comes to acting fearsome. Unlike many other Freddies, Toy Freddy may or may not be possessed by a ghost. Withered Freddy is the true menace of the second series installment, whereas Toy Freddy is equally nasty but loses some of the star power.
Freddy withered.
The toys in FNAF 2 are very scary, but they're not the actual fear. You should be on the lookout for the animatronics that have become withered. The really bad guy in this situation is Withered Freddy, who lurks in the shadows and tries to scare you. Withered Freddy's brown cloth barely conceals a few wires, making him the least unkempt-looking of the withered gang. Though Withered is much more worn out than the Freddy from the original FNAF, Strictly Speaking, Withered Freddy and the original Freddy are the same creatures.
Fredbear
Although Freddy may seem like the original, he isn't. The first animatronic was made by Henry Emily, William Afton's former business partner, rather than by Afton himself: Fredbear. In the early eighties, Fredbear was the first animatronic to enter a Freddy's location, along with Spring Bonnie. Regretfully, Fredbear would symbolize the first tragedy in the show, when the animatronic inadvertently crushed a child's skull. The venue will close shortly after, condemning Fredbear.
Although some fans believe that Fredbear and Golden Freddy are the same entity, there are several clues and appearances that contradict this hypothesis. The most compelling evidence against the assumption that these two Freddies are the same comes from posters for Fredbear's Family Diner, which feature both Golden Freddy and Fredbear together.
Phantom FreddyPhantom Freddy is the version of Freddy from FNAF 3, the third game. This is the scariest and least forthcoming Freddie of all the potentials. Phantom Freddy lives up to the hype at Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction, minus a leg and many other body parts. Phantom Freddy is an illusion, making him one of the few Freddies that we are aware of that isn't under a child's control.
