Pre-order Sonic Origins to revisit these timeless masterpieces

Many will be pre-ordering Sonic Origins so they may play these beloved games for the first time, since the film Sonic the Hedgehog 2 introduced the beloved blue hedgehog to a whole new audience. Longtime fans, meanwhile, could enjoy the chance to revisit these childhood favorites.

Thus, before placing your Sonic Origins pre-orders, what information is necessary? It will consist of a collection of the four major Sonic titles—Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic CD, and Sonic 3 & Knuckles—from the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and the Sega CD.You may choose to play them in "Anniversary Mode," which eliminates lives and widescreens everything, or in "Classic Mode," which tries to replicate the original experience as closely as possible.

All of the games allow you to play as Knuckles and Tails in addition to Sonic. This will be the first time that this has happened in Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic CD games, and it's not always simple to find official ways to play as Knuckles in Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
