Which iPhone games are the greatest? You will probably ask yourself that question at some time, regardless of how devoted an Apple fan you are or whether this is your first gadget. You've come to the perfect spot, however, as we've gathered in one location what we think are the greatest gaming experiences available for your iPhone.
Regardless of your gaming preferences, we've tried our hardest to compile a list that includes games like Candy Crush and Genshin Impact. Since that service has introduced several amazing games to Apple devices, you'll note that many of them are also among the best Apple Arcade games. We recognize, however, that not everyone wants to shell out money for yet another membership service, which is why we've also included a broader list of the top iOS games for mobile devices. All right, let's get started.
The top iPhone games are listed here:
Puzzle Pop Puyo Puyo
a brand-new entry in the cherished Puyo Puyo series from Sega. Fundamentally, it's the same puzzle game that has enthralled players since 1991: to make disappearing Puyos, you must match up falling Puyos of the same color. Since you can play against opponents, you must be cunning and arrange combos so that one group of disappearing Puyos makes room for those above to fall and disappear as well.
If you like mobile puzzle games and have never played a Puyo game (or Kirby's Avalanche, or Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine), this may be a fantastic place to start. It's a game that's certainly worth exploring, with plenty of Sonic material mixed in and new features added on a regular basis. As for the devoted followers, they will love it too (particularly the narrative mode), and if you've exhausted all the options in Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, this will be your next major Puyo fix.
Visit Apple Arcade to play Puyo Puyo Puzzle Pop.
Take a trip back to Monkey Island
The most recent entry in the wildly popular pirate adventure game series. Return to Monkey Island's graphic style may take some getting used to if you've played the earlier games, but once you get accustomed to it, you'll be thrilled with how well it recreates the atmosphere of the originals (perhaps because series veteran Ron Gilbert is back!). It is unquestionably a worthy replacement.
Since you haven't played a Monkey Island game before, are you concerned that you won't be able to access it? Avoid becoming. Since the game is designed to be a jumping-in point, even if you are unfamiliar with the protagonist Guybrush Threepwood, you will quickly pick up on the essentials. It's among the top point-and-click games as well as the top pirate games .
On the Apple Arcade, play Return to Monkey Island.
Adventure Kingdom Tamagotchi
From its modest beginnings with the Tamagotchi original, the series has gone a long way. In the most recent installment of the series, Tomogatchi Adventure Kingdom, which is only available on the Apple Arcade, you play as a life simulator and have to reconstruct your community after a meteorite strikes.
Although the setting seems a bit bleak at first, you wind yourself befriending the meteorite, who is really a fairly amiable creature. That ought to help you determine what kind of game this is. After that, you explore the landscape and complete tasks for various oddball people you encounter in order to earn resources, expand your house, and restore the damaged areas. You're going to adore this game if you like games like Animal Crossing. It's a delightfully enjoyable, adorable, and cozy game.
On the Apple Arcade, play Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom.
The Dream Team Sonic
One of the greatest
Sonic games we've seen in a while, this is a brand-new 3D Sonic game that is only available on Apple Arcade. We think you're going to adore this if you've been waiting for a return to the gameplay of the two Sonic Adventure games. There are six playable characters, and each has special skills that let them take distinct approaches to level exploration. While the storyline isn't nearly as important as in the Adventure games, it's still a great feature that allows you to explore the levels and look for goodies and mysteries rather than merely following a predetermined course. We also like that you may switch between characters at any time, which saves you time if you find something with one character that another might access or do. It's a welcome diversion from some of the interminable
running games that Sonic has previously had on phones, and it's a must-play for lovers of both Sonic and 3D platformers.
On the Apple Arcade, play Sonic Dream Team.
A Tale of Puzzles and Dragons
Addictive puzzle gameplay mixed with all the elements of the greatest mobile role-playing games . It's just as fantastic as it sounds. You use your own squad of collected creatures to battle different monsters as you go through a series of dungeons. Next, you engage in combat by moving tiles about and trying to match as many different colors as you can in a certain amount of time. The more combinations you can make, the more damage you can cause. There are a ton of monsters whole unlock, much as in Pokemon. Because each one of them has unique skills and talents, it's important to consider your options carefully before choosing which one to employ in a specific fight. It's enjoyable to develop them and see their growth in addition to collecting them. The most recent game in the series has new animals and a whole new plot. It's one of those widely appealing
addictive games that's simple to learn yet difficult to master.
On the Apple Arcade, play Puzzle & Dragon Story.
Shovel Knight Dig
An adaptation of
roguelike games for the Shovel Knight franchise. In this game, Drill Knight, a new character, attacks Shovel Knight by taking his riches and drilling a hole through the Earth. Shovel Knight can dig after his opponent since, happily, he possesses a shovel. The game then has you exploring progressively deeper levels while coming across fresh obstacles and foes.If you've ever played SteamWorld Dig, it's similar to that, but with a Shovel Knight twist. As opposed to the NES period as in the original, the graphic style has been improved to more closely mimic the SNES era, and it naturally has a very endearing vintage music. You won't want to miss this sequel if you like the first Shovel Knight game; in fact, even if you haven't played the first one, you should definitely start with this one.Check out our review of Shovel Knight Dig here.
Monument Valley
Perhaps the best smartphone game ever is Monument Valley. This really smart puzzle game is set in settings that are reminiscent of Escher. Monument Valley interview.Use the Apple Arcade to play Monument Valley.
The Seven Sirens and Shantae
This game was originally available only on the Apple Arcade, but it has subsequently been released on other platforms. There are many reasons to appreciate the classic Shantae series of video games, even if you haven't played any of them previously. The main character of the games travels vast Metroidvania realms, defeats dungeons, and encounters peculiar people in different cities. The most amazing ability Shantae has is her ability to change into various animals, which lets her access places that would be unreachable in her human form. The Game Boy Color series has gone a long way from its modest beginnings as an obscure game. With its hand-drawn graphics and fully animated sequences, this game looks even better than the
best anime games. There are many things to enjoy about this game, which has been lovingly created by WayForward. It is the game that we appreciate the best out of all the Apple Arcade titles.
On the Apple Arcade, play Shantae and the Seven Sirens.

Mesh ArenaThough the two games are significantly different in terms of substance, the same developer that brought you Raid: Shadow Legends also brings you Mech Arena. You take control of a mech suit in this
mech game, which places you in an arena with other players who are also in charge of mech suits. From there, you all blast each other up.More customization choices will become available as you play, and each one will change how your mech fights. With time, you'll be able to fine-tune it to play just as you want it to, and because each player has the same amount of control over their mech's performance, fights may be very different. It's an excellent illustration of a game you'll play for hours on end because you can't stop repeating, "just one more"; and thanks to crossplay, you can play the same game on your phone after beginning on your computer.Get started with Mech Arena for free at .
