The Departing Ghost - Flip

A warning is included with this one: Although The Outbound Ghost is a beautiful game and an excellent Paper Mario-like, we are unable to suggest the Switch version of the game at this time owing to porting concerns. Input latency and glitches plague the software, and regrettably, same issues also plague the physical version.

But if you want a delightful role-playing game with charming party members, well-written dialogue, and a beautiful setting to explore, this is a labor of love and a noteworthy accomplishment for Conradical Games, the game's lone creator. We hope that the Switch version will improve in the future, but for now, if you can, pick this up on Steam.

Switch in Luigi's Mansion 3

Luigi's Mansion 3, created by Next Level Games, is still perhaps the most visually appealing game available on the Switch. This really lovely game, which demonstrates the full potential of the Switch, has exquisitely realistic diorama-like stages along with amazing animation and lighting effects. It also helps that it's a whole lot of fun as Luigi searches for Mario and his friends around a haunted hotel, facing terrifying spirits at every turn.

This is an excellent game to play with a younger player as well, thanks to Gooigi. While Luigi is being controlled by one person, another may move the gelatinous twin, assisting in problem solving and exploring regions that the green Mario sibling, who is physically smaller, couldn't quite reach. For those moments when you just cannot get enough of smashing ghosts, there is also an extensive multiplayer mode.

Switch and mobile ghost trick

Ghost Trick is a murder mystery with a ghostly twist that will be coming to the Switch later this year. Thanks to its initial DS release, it became something of a cult classic and has an amazing mobile adaptation already. You take on the role of Sissel, a guy who has tragically passed away and has to find the killer. Fortunately, you have some paranormal abilities now that you're dead. You may use your ability to possess live people to try to figure out how to go about this world and solve the murder of yourself.

Under the direction of Ace Attorney creator Shu Takumi, Ghost Tricks has a lot of the same fun and personality that fans enjoy about the other case-solving games. Ghost Tricks cleverly employs its possession mechanism to create captivating puzzles, and the narrative that unites everything is rewarding to gradually discover. In addition, it has a cute dog named Missile that is modeled by the creator's own dog. Do we really need to say more?

Switch and mobile Paranormasight

This creepy visual novel from Square Enix is "truly the gold standard of engaging visual novels and a must for anyone fascinated by the deliciously dark world of the supernatural and the occult." It's a recent entry, and if our Paranormasight review is any indication, we absolutely adore it. Because of the title's amazing plot and unique perspective on the genre, we even gave it a perfect 10 out of ten, which is an uncommon but well-deserved score.

Discover the seven various curses that the residents of Tokyo's Sumida Ward are subject to as many tales are interwoven and connected by a macabre storyline in this story, which takes place in 20th-century Japan. You carry out searches, track down hints, and even investigate locales that are recreated using 360-degree photos. This is a great place to start if you're seeking for a unique visual novel.

Blair Witch -

We are all familiar with the Blair Witch myth; many of us will never again find ourselves alone in a corner thanks to this masterwork of discovered film. The Witcher 3, an immersive open-world role-playing game developed by CD Projekt Red, lets players take control of Geralt of Rivia as he travels on his horse Roach, taking on creatures, slaughtering ghostly foes (when the situation calls for it), playing Gwent, and taking on side missions as the notorious witcher.

Some Switch transfers are a letdown, but The Witcher 3 is a marvel, with every bit of the game and both DLC packs included on a single cart. Even while there will inevitably be visual compromises, this is still a stunning Nintendo Switch game that is fantastic to play on the move. This contemporary classic is a must-play for every lover of role-playing games. Even if you just have a Switch, this is still a very amazing and thorough version that transforms the epic journey into a portable format.

The intriguing supernatural horror visual novel Spirit Hunter: Death Mark tells Kazua Yashiki's narrative. After losing all memory and seeing an odd mark on his arm, he visits Kujou Mansion to learn more about its origins. It turns out that numerous other mark carriers are in a similar circumstance, and this mark is essentially a spirit's curse.

In order to lay the ghosts to rest, you must assist Yashiki and his new companions in battling the supernatural forces that are endangering their lives by deciphering a complex network of folklore and historical events.

Ghostly Road and Cat

Cat and Ghostly Road is a gorgeous, narrative-driven point-and-click adventure with gorgeous artwork and a poignant message. It's a little bit different from your typical spooky ghost game.

You take charge of a lovable white cat that gets stuck in the midst of a snowfall. Fortunately, a kind elderly painter saves his life, and the two become close friends. But one day a devil breaks into their happy home and takes the painter's soul; the cat must then go into the hereafter to rescue his companion.
