We made the decision to write a Pokémon Masters guide for that reason.For series aficionados, the battle mechanism is downright alienating, as we just discussed. In single combat, you team up with two other trainers, known as Sync Pairs, and fight as a threesome rather than taking on Pokémon in the usual manner. Fairness dictates that you will always have three opponents, so it's not too horrible.
We'll emphasize all of the minor technical nuances in our concise Pokémon Masters guide, along with some useful advice to help you get beyond the game's obstacles. This will prevent decades of now-outdated knowledge and muscle memory from befalling brand veterans, and allow newbies to dive right in without feeling too overwhelmed.

Types of Pokémon masters
In contrast to almost every previous game in the series, Pokémon are never vulnerable to more than one element in this one. Although seasoned gamers would have long since committed the weakness table to memory, it actually becomes more of a barrier in Pokémon Masters.

A Sync Move can only be performed by the opposing team's center Pokémon. AI sync moves compensate for this by always hitting your whole squad as opposed to just one target. But take note: the new Pokémon will continue the Sync Move countdown where it left off if there are many opponents in the center position.
An alternate tactic would be to let the weakest Pokémon use its Sync Move first if you come into a scenario where a lesser Pokémon first takes the center slot and is replaced by the team's strongest Pokémon. The substitute won't likely have a chance to do theirs when you pull it out.
Cap on POKÉMON Masters level
Trainers, also known as Sync Pairs, ultimately hit a "soft cap," which is a point where you have to clear a few obstacles in order to level them up any further. In games that are similar, this is often locked behind the unit's rarity (or star rank), and players must raise the rank of the unit in order to unlock their level cap.That's not the situation at hand.
While the Increase Potential option in Pokémon Masters allows you to raise a unit's rank, you must use entirely different items in a separate window to unlock the unit's maximum level. The most recent Sync Pair pool is used for every Spotlight event that launches. Be cautious—new pairings cannot be added retrospectively to previous Spotlight events!
