Remodeling Your Home

IOS and Android

Similar to Redecor, Home Design Makeover is a smartphone game that lets you showcase your artistic talent in lifelike settings. What makes it stand out from the competition, however, are its entertaining word puzzle components. While you remodel your customers' homes and add more words to your vocabulary, go through a range of anagrams and crossword puzzles. This one's a genuine treat for anybody interested in interior design, with a tonne of rooms to dress up, a tonne of diverse characters to work with, and a tonne of prizes available for all your hard work.

House Flipper

Switch

It's understandable that both casters and gamers have given House Flipper a lot of attention. You will have the exceptional chance to work as a one-man restoration team, buying, fixing, and remodelling various dilapidated homes to give them a new lease of life and then reselling them for a profit.

Compared to most other decorating and design games, this one gives you more of a hands-on experience, letting you fully express your artistic side (or your crazy side—there's no preventing you from building a one-room mansion with nothing but 20 toilets inside). With so many instruments at your disposal—from beautiful furniture to hammers and drills—you may concentrate on what most interests you. This game has everything you could possibly want, whether your interests lie in installations and repairs, perfecting the look, or managing a budget and making money.

Brothers in Property

IOS and Android

If you're interested in interior design and decorating, you've probably heard of the Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott. Television's favourite design team needs your assistance in this game. While you restore and personalise places with the endearing flair that the twins have come to be recognised for, let your customers realise their design fantasies. Discover what goes on behind the scenes, pick the brains of the Property Brothers themselves, and play entertaining puzzle minigames to win cash for home décor. For any lover of Drew and Jonathan, it's a must-play—it's calming and enjoyable.

Home Designer for My Universe

Switch

My Universe - Interior Designer, a stylized design simulation, is a wonderful little find in the Nintendo Switch library that is ideal for anybody who has an interest in interior design. It gives lots of flexibility to let your imagination shine with a renovation mode that allows you to totally reorganise the home, including constructing and tearing down walls, painting, repairing electrics and water inlets and a decorating mode that lets you decorate the property anyway you wish. Naturally, you want your customers to be satisfied, so pay attention to their preferences!

Android and iOS

Animal Restaurant

In this adorable and relaxing game, you play as a stray cat that wants to own their own restaurant. Employ people, take care of customers, and make fish to personalise your eatery. You may unlock more furniture and areas, including the garden and the buffet bar, by remodelling the area and adding adorable furniture, which will earn you more fish. Animal Restaurant is a very soothing game with plenty of charming small animals and furnishings, but it doesn't provide you the same amount of customisation and participation as the other games on our list. I can't help but admit that I've spent much too much time tapping away at this one.

Manager of the Cat Cafe

Flip

In the charming little gem Cat Cafe Manager, you relocate to the sleepy village of Catterwaul in order to update your grandmother's cat cafe. Despite its apparent simplicity, this game has a surprising amount of complexity, including resource management, endearing characters, a beautiful story, and plenty of cuddly kitties.

Your primary goals are to grow your cafe and make sure it caters to the needs of your patrons. To that end, you must furnish your area with funky furniture sets, pretty plants, comfortable chairs and all the amenities necessary to keep your business solvent (you would be surprised at how much a clean bathroom can lift someone's spirits).

It yet manages to have a beautifully relaxed vibe in spite of everything, with no fail states to worry you out. It's really up to you how serious you take this game; you may choose to pick out your favourite pieces of furniture while lounging and catching up with the kitties, or you can concentrate on increasing revenues by focusing on certain design types.

Android and iOS

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp

Naturally, Animal Crossing has to be on our list of the greatest decorating games—we're fairly sure that's a sin in the gaming community. While it may not provide as much flexibility as the major games, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is still a pleasant, casual alternative for on-the-go viewing of your fave fuzzy animals. It's a cute casual sim that's perfect for passing the time, with a charming tiny campground that's perfect for creating, plenty of gorgeous furniture in various types, and lots of animals to please with your décor choices.

Zoo Extending: Novel Prospects

Transition

Finally, let's not forget about Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Since its debut, Nintendo's well-liked social sim has generated a lot of buzz. But if you like decorating games and haven't yet dipped your toes in its calm waters, we beg you to give it a go.While finding resources via foraging, making friends with animals, and discovering new islands are all important aspects of ACNH, the major attraction is the freedom to customise your own island.
