After doing extensive computations and evaluating the performance of the weapons these characters have unlocked, we have developed the ToF tier list that follows. Please be aware that these rankings are just meant to serve as recommendations and might alter in the future, particularly given the new characters Hotta has in store for us.
Remember that almost every character and weapon in the game is playable. Although the SSR rank weapons will often outrank all other weapons, we still strongly advise expanding your armory and experimenting with various elemental combinations and rotations since, after all, that's half the fun of Tower of Fantasy fighting!
