The creator of Infinity Train is working on an animated series called Among Us.
Fans of Innersloth's popular social deduction games should rejoice as an animated series called Among Us is officially in development. Yes, Among Us will get its own television series, following in the footsteps of titles like as Sonic, The Witcher, and The Last of Us. Therefore, we're rather certain that you can anticipate a flurry of brand-new Among Us memes in the future.
Innersloth used Twitter to reveal the Among Us animated series, along with a Variety story that included development details. Co-creating the series alongside Innersloth and CBS Eye Animation Productions is Titmouse, the animators behind Big Mouth, The Legends of Vox Machina, and Agent Elvis. The network or streaming service that the series will debut on is yet unknown.
As the creator and executive producer, Owen Dennis—who also created Infinity Train and is a member of the creative team behind The Regular Show—should provide some excellent cartoon humour if his past work is any indication. Because of Innersloth's lighthearted approach, the source material is already rather humorous, so the authors will have enough of stuff to work with when they begin the project.
We're hopeful that this statement indicates that the animated series Among Us is at least in development, even if we don't know when it will air. Among Us is proven to be one of the most well-liked games of the 2020s so far, so there won't be a lack of watchers when it does release.
