Who is Chica's spirit possessor?
Chica is possessed by the angry ghost of one of William Afton's murder victims, much like other animatronics in the Five Nights at Freddy's series. Chica Withered
In FNAF 2, Withered Chica makes an appearance alongside Toy Chica, demonstrating that while the toy animatronics have taken on a new role in the series, the original springlock constructions are still around and haunt the restaurant. Withered Chica's beak is completely unhinged at the mouth, and her arms finish in loose wires rather than in hands.

Phantom Chica is the hallucination of a classic Chica that has been burnt and destroyed that you see in Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction during FNAF 3.
Chica's Nightmare

Chica the Rockstar

Funtime Chica, an animatronic character from the Funtime series that can be seen in FNAF: Sister Location, may also be seen in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator.
