What are shields in Monopoly Go?

Fortunately, shields are an item that may be collected in Monopoly Go. This is advantageous as it safeguards the landmarks that are currently on your board. Shields prevent assaults from other players, saving you money on repairs. One shield is consumed by each strike.

Since you can only have a limited number of shields at once, be sure to return and play more to replenish your supplies.

How can I get shields for Monopoly Go?

You have to land on a tile with a shield icon on it in order to get more shields. As you go across the Monopoly game board, they emerge at random on property squares. One emerges somewhere on the board when you pick it up. You get an additional move if you manage to gather more shields than you can handle. Each extra shield becomes a set of dice.

Which skins exist for the Monopoly Go shield?

In September 2023, Scopely introduced shield skins to the game, giving users even more personalization options. However, they're a bit difficult to get. Shield skins may be obtained via winning tournaments and finishing in the top five players, often after completing events. As of right moment, no earlier shield designs are available.

The shield skins you own may be seen in the Shield Showroom, which you can access by clicking the shields icon, any of the 3D shields you presently own, or the user interface view.
