How to advance Charcadet
We can assist you in learning how to evolve Charcadet. Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have an amazing array of new monsters, with the Paldea area harboring some of the greatest designs the franchise has seen in a long time. Chief among those new "mons" are Charcadet's evolutions Ceruledge and Armarouge, who both resemble a hybrid of Mega Man and armor.
Check out our collection of fantastic instructions on Pokémon Scarlet and Violet if you like venturing over the hills of Paldea in the most recent generation of Pokémon. Pokémon Legendaries, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet multiplayer, Pokémon Mystery Gift Codes, and Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Shiny Pokémon are some of the topics covered in our articles.
Now, Pokemon players, let's mount a mythical beast and ride into our guide explaining the evolution of Charcadet.
How Charcadet
evolvesDepending on the game you play, the gen 9 Pokémon may develop into either Armarouge or Cereludge. Armarouge can be obtained in Scarlet, while Cereludge lives in Violet. The creatures' colors indicate which game they belong to. Without exchanging with a trainer who has the opposing game, it is impossible to get both.
What is the location of Charcadet?
You must have one in order to develop Charcadet. Permit us to reveal the regions of Paldea that this young knight enjoys exploring. This is the location of Charcadet:
- South Province – Area Three, Area Four, and Area Five
- East Province – Area One, Area Two, Area Three, and Tagtree Thicket
- West Province – Area One, Area Two, Area Three, and Asado Desert
- Tera Raid battles
See our guide on fire Pokémon weakness for more assistance. We advise you to bring some excellent balls. Yes, a regular one should work just fine, however depending on the region, Charcadet may cause you trouble if you don't have nice balls.
In Pokémon Scarlet, how can I develop Charcadet into Armarouge?
Once you have a Charcadet in Pokémon Scarlet, you may advance the game to the city of Zapacico. A guy is at a fountain in the center of the town, and he is offering to give you the auspicious armor in exchange for 10 Bronzor parts. These are simple to locate since Bronzor can be found in most of the ruins that dot Paldea. Give the lucky armor to Charcadet after you've obtained it so that it may develop into Armarouge.
If you possess Scarlet and desire Armarouge, you have another choice. This formidable "mon" may be found wandering about in the open world (if you're fortunate, it doesn't happen often). It can only be found in South Province, Area Two, so be sure to bring some hyper balls. As an alternative, you may attempt to get it by participating in five- and six-star Terra raid engagements.
In Pokémon Violet, how can I develop Charcadet into Ceruledge?
Once you obtain Charcadet in Pokémon Violet, go to the town of Zapacico. In the heart of town, there's a lady standing beside a fountain who offers to exchange the evil armor for 10 Sinistea chips. Sinistea is much more uncommon than Bronzor and is mostly restricted to the area around Alfornada.
It is difficult to go to the city of Alfornada, which is located in Paldea's lower left corner, unless you have fully unlocked all of Koraidon or Miraidon's powers. Once you and your Pokémon are comfortably above level 40, we suggest that you either unlock all abilities or enter Alfornada via the cave to the north of the city. Next, take 10 Sinistea chips and exchange them for the malevolent armor with the lady in Zapacico. Give it to Charcadet so that it may develop into Ceruledge.
Ceruledge is not found in the wild as Armarouge is, so you're out of luck if you were hoping to avoid this quest and just happen to run across it. Alternatively, you may either try your luck in terra raid fights or finish the aforementioned mission as the sole means to get Ceruledge.
How can I get both evolutions of Charcadet?
After you get Armarouge or Cereludge in Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, respectively, obtaining the next evolution to complete the Pokédex becomes challenging, yet still doable. The simplest method is to trade, which is also a wonderful way to complete the Pokédex, get the other Charcadet evolution, and acquire those annoying Pokémon Scarlet and Violet paradox Pokémon if you have a buddy with the opposite version.
Alternatively, your next course of action should be to engage in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet tera raid battles if all of your pals purchase the same version of Pokémon as you (Violet for the win). You can only locate Pokémon exclusive to your game version by exploring Paldea and interacting with tera crystals, thus you'll need to join an online raid by following these instructions:
- From anywhere in the overworld, press start to open the menu
- Press L to connect to the internet
- Once online, select the Poké Portal option
- Click on tera raid battle
- If you see the silhouette of the Pokémon you need, join the raid
- If not, wait until the ‘check for new postings’ button lights up
- Keep checking for new postings until you see the Pokémon you want
- Defeat the raid
- Catch Armarouge or Cereludge
- Enjoy your Pokémon!
