This is probably going to be from one of Nintendo's popular franchises, like Zelda, Mario, or Pokémon. It seems reasonable that the Switch 2 would launch with a new Pokémon game considering the recent releases of new Zelda and Mario titles. With Scarlet and Violet firmly in the rearview mirror, it seems like this news has been long overdue.

All that remains for fans to do is wait for official confirmation and information on the specifications, features, and games that will be released with the Switch 2. That should be arriving shortly, so the wait will soon be gone.
