Fantasy Life and Decapolice have delays, according to the Level 5 presentation.
During the Level5 Vision showcase, the creative studio behind Inazuma Eleven and Professor Layton titles provided us with information on upcoming releases, including Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time and Decapolice.
I'll start by telling you some awful news. While the exact release date for Professor Layton and The New World of Steam is unknown, it is expected to arrive in 2025. That is acceptable. Not an extremely lengthy wait, or anything.
The summer of 2024 will see the release of Fantasy Life I, while we wait for everyone's new favourite detective game. The newest game in the Fantasy Life series, this adorable life sim has everything from cooking to fighting.
Decapolice is another title that is a little behind schedule. Because of the game's "ambition," the original 2023 release date has been rescheduled until 2024. The game seems to be undergoing some alterations, maybe in an effort to set it apart from Master Detective Archives: Rain Code this year or Professor Layton.
A beta test for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will launch on the Switch in March of 2024. The release date for Megaton Musashi: Wired has been revealed as April 25, 2024.
Below are links to the announcements and the whole webcast.
The good news is that Level 5 has said that a new, major game would be shown during its next showcase in March 2024. The image of a character from Yokai Watch appears beside the Level 5 logo, indicating that a new Yokai game for the Switch is most definitely on the way.
While we have a tonne more Level 5 releases planned for next year, in the meanwhile, discover a new game to play right now by reading our most recent reviews of SteamWorld Build, In Stars and Time, and Spirittea.
