How we choose the top characters from Wuthering Waves

Our tier ranking is mostly determined by how we personally feel about the game as well as what the community thinks are the best characters to employ and how valuable they are overall. This entails exploring the overworld, using the Tower of Adversity, and finding any buffers that are tailored to aid a certain DPS. Keep in mind that each character's rating is predicated on having no resonance chain unlocked.

S-tier characters from Wuthering Waves

Jinhsi Waves that Wuthering Jinhsi is a five-star DPS that uses spectrum, and it's a pretty good one at that. Thanks to her adaptable kit, which allows her to increase the damage of her basic and resonance strikes, she is effective against both groups and solitary opponents.

Jiyan

Waves that Wuthering Jiyan is the game's first limited-time character, and he comes out swinging as a very strong and competent DPS. To ensure that his talents remain active and do excellent damage, equip him with sets that regenerate energy and provide damage bonus echoes.

In perfect harmony with Mortefi's abilities, he wields a broadblade weapon that transforms into a spear during battle and unleashes a massive dragon with his resonance release. This keeps all of your adversaries nearby while doing steady aero damage to them.

Verina

is included on the basic banner.Waves that Wuthering Verina, a powerful healer whose mid-air assault and resonance liberation can restore your whole squad. She works well in any squad when it comes to the overworld, bosses, and the Tower of Adversity.

Charges are required for healing your squad, but they are relatively simple to get. She gains a charge each time she uses her resonance talent, which she may use to launch a mid-air strike. It is beneficial to arm her with a complete set of Rejuvenating Glow echoes as it gives your squad an additional offensive boost.

Calcharo

Waves that Wuthering Calcharo is an additional common banner character that merits losing your fifty percent. He is a potent DPS who does a lot of damage on the field with a broadblade and the electrical element.

In addition to Calcharo's standard attack combination, you may utilize his resonance skill three times in a row. He can also call a Phantom to help him inflict more damage. We recommend giving Calcharo a complete set of void thunder echoes for optimal effects.

Mortefi

Waves that Wuthering Mortefi is a four-star character that uses pistols and the fusion element. Although he can deal decent damage when using heavy attacks and aiming at enemies, his outro skill's heavy attack buff makes him a popular heavy attack buffer for DPSs like Jiyan and Calcharo, so be sure to switch him in and out frequently.

With his kit, you may launch coordinated assaults with any party member that is active at the moment. The most important thing to equip Mortefi with is energy regeneration.

Yinlin

Wuthering Waves Yinlin is the second restricted character in the game. She is a strong sub-DPS who can do great damage and deflect assaults from other electro users.

Her outro talent intensifies the following character's electro and resonance liberation damage significantly. It activates automatically when you shift to a different unit. Once Yinlin departs the field, the Punishment and Judgment marks she administers remain in effect.
