Prior to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, in order to breed a Happiny, you had to offer Chansey (or Blissey) a Luck incense. However, because Scarlet and Violet lack the item, any Chansey may lay an egg that might hatch into a Happiny. Take note that Chansey, Blissey, and Happiny are all female.

You must level up Chansey when its high friendship stat is at least 220 in previous games, or 160 in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl as well as Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, in order for it to develop into Blissey. In Pokémon Go, how can I develop Happiny?

In Pokémon Go, you must designate Happiny as your friend and travel a total of 15 kilometers with it in order to get a Chansey. After that, you may develop it by using 25 Chansey candies. After that, 50 Chansey candies may be used to transform Chansey into Blissey.
