It's possible that Breath of the Wild will become better.
It is said that a revised and improved version of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be available on the next Nintendo system. Brace yourself for a lot of reading. We don't know yet whether this is the Switch 2, the Switch Attach, or something else new, but we do know it's on the way.
According to leaker Midori, who has a history of obtaining information on Sega and Atlus games, "there is a project at Nintendo with the codename U-King-O." What does it signify, however, and why should that concern us? Okay. Breath of the Wild was code-named U-King prior to its release; keep in mind that it was a Wii U release title, so that's probably where the U comes from.
We may infer that this name is most likely for the Nintendo Switch 2 since it ends in an O, while Switch games often finish in a S. Although there isn't much information available, it's generally agreed upon that this would be an improved version of the game, potentially with all of the DLC included on the cartridge.
This relates to a claim from Eurogamer from the previous year that said Nintendo demonstrated the Switch 2—possibly the Switch U—at Gamescom. It's obvious that everything that did occur is strictly contractual, thus no information can be shared, but it seems like the updated Breath of the Wild was there. The article claimed that the game was just a tech demo, but it now seems that a release may be imminent.
Though everything is up in the air, I believe I would like a larger, more visually striking Breath of the Wild. The game on the Switch is fine; just picture it in greater HD. Furthermore, even though I agree with our 10/10 Tears of the Kingdom review, I wasn't as enthralled with it as I was with the Switch's first exploration of Hyrule.
Would you then purchase an improved Breath of the Wild? Yes, without a doubt. It may be the case since, as we all know, Nintendo enjoys re-releasing Zelda games on their systems. While you wait, here is the whole Zelda game in order, along with an explanation of each timeframe.
